Functional Fitness Classes

We run some great classes for all levels and ages. Our oldest client is over 80!

Classes are a practical and fun way to stay fit for what life can throw at us. Exercises and classes are designed to set you up for movements and other activities you undertake in daily life with some other fun challenges thrown in too…

We cover loads of different training methods all based around circuits – these have included Boxing, Football, Footspeed training, Balance, Running, Swissball, Kettlebells, Powerbags, Med Balls, Suspension Training and Active Stretch to name a few.

All you need to do is give us a call and arrange a taster session – no kit needed just a water bottle and a bit of hard work!!!

Tuesdays 0930-1030hr Burton Leonard All Levels
Wednesdays 0930-1030hr Burton Leonard Slower Paced
Wednesdays 1930-2030hr Dacre Braithwaite All Levels
Thursdays 1900-2000hr Burton Leonard All Levels
