Karen is a masters degree level Nutritionist promoting healthy eating methods not fad diets and not selling you hundreds of supplements at extortionate prices. Healthy wholesome food approach to identifying the nutrients you need and the ways to get them.
Alongside this approach we will continue to help you achieve your goals putting together the strength and conditioning programmes you want. We do this with group classes or Personal Training.
