Fitness classes (easier paced) Prehab/rehab - looking at common injuries
All classes are a maximum of 11 people Just have your own water bottles, mats and towel.
Sessions will last for 50 minutes. Sessions will be bodyweight exercises only to eliminate the need for equipment.
We will still feature a variety of exercise methods in our sessions from HIIT to Box-Fitness to Running to Active Stretch to give you plenty of variety!
