4 WEEK BLOCK BOOKING
Socially distanced fitness classes - £5 per session
All classes are a maximum of 10 people and will be appropriately socially distanced as per CIMPSA guidelines. Clients MUST bring their own water bottles, mats and towel. I also suggest a weight to keep the mat from blowing away.
Sessions will last for 50 minutes to give time for one class to disperse before the next arrives. Sessions will be bodyweight exercises only to eliminate the need for equipment.
We will still feature a variety of exercise methods in our sessions from HIIT to Box-Fitness to Running to Active Stretch to give you plenty of variety!
