'I have attended Ian's fitness classes for several years but recently he has been my personal trainer. To help me improve my running, Ian set clear achievable goals, offered gentle encouragement and advice on technique and form. In three months, through varied sessions, I have gained confidence, strength and stamina and increased my running distances and enjoyment. Great fun sessions, varied and challenging but never intimidating. Ian’s classes are well-planned with exercises tailored to fit individual levels of fitness, strength and injury. Ian is always positive, motivating, good humoured and enduringly patient! I’ve been going weekly for eight years and absolutely love it - the classes are full of laughter ...... with a little bit of a moaning!
