We run some great classes for all levels and ages. From 8 to 80+!

Personal Training

Personal Training

 

We offer individual and small group personal training sessions. 

All personal training is individually tailored to your needs and goals.

Personal Training is based on £40 an our weekdays or £42 an hour weekends. There may be added charges for things like special plans, nutrition courses travel, etc.

We can also accommodate small group bookings for groups up to 6 people. The hourly rate can be divided between you and small extra charges will be made to cover travel or individualised planning.

 

Sessions can be booked as blocks of 6 with a 10% discount if taken weekly.

Functional Fitness Classes

Classes are a practical and fun way to stay fit for what life can throw at us. Exercises and classes are designed to set you up for movements and other activities you undertake in daily life with some other fun challenges thrown in too…

We cover loads of different training methods all based around circuits – these have included Boxing, Football, Footspeed training, Balance, Running, Swissball, Kettlebells, Powerbags, Med Balls, Suspension Training and Active Stretch to name a few.

All you need to do is give us a call and arrange a taster session – no kit needed, just a water bottle and a bit of hard work!

Back2Basics and Back2Basics Plus

8 Week blocks per course in conjunction with MT Sports Clinic. These are progressive courses that help you Strengthen, Stabalise and Move your Core and Spine thus leading you to have more confidence and mobility. All built around building good simple training habits in a practical manner.

Prehab-Rehab Zoom Sessions

Weekly Zoom sessions with a different focus each month. A lot of work on mobiity stability and strength for different parts of the body. We try to focus building good simple training habits to keep good healthy movement.

SuperAgers Course

Run in conjunction with MT Sports Clinic these will be run in 4 week blocks. These sessions will focus on Stability, Core Function, Whole Body Strength and Mobility. All the things to keep bone density, help prevent falls, keep strong and speed recovery and move well.

      How to book a class.

  • Go to the BOOK NOW page and choose the class you want.

  • You will book a monthly block subscription renewed at the beginning of each month. If the course is already underway and you wish to join please contact me and I will give you a discount code to book the remainder.

  • There are limited spaces and these will automatically be filled after booking.

COVID 19 UPDATE

With the governments easing of restrictions for the fitness industry we have put into place training following guidelines by CIMSPA and risk assessments carried out by Ian.  We have restarted both Personal Training and Group Training Sessions back up as well as continuing with online video sessions for your own time and small group online live sessions.

  • If you are suffering from any COVID19 symptoms you are asked not to attend any live sessons.

  • Please bring your own mats / towels / water bottles.

  • Please come and go respecting everybodies designated training areas and social distancing.
