Functional Fitness Classes
Classes are a practical and fun way to stay fit for what life can throw at us. Exercises and classes are designed to set you up for movements and other activities you undertake in daily life with some other fun challenges thrown in too…
We cover loads of different training methods all based around circuits – these have included Boxing, Football, Footspeed training, Balance, Running, Swissball, Kettlebells, Powerbags, Med Balls, Suspension Training and Active Stretch to name a few.
All you need to do is give us a call and arrange a taster session – no kit needed, just a water bottle and a bit of hard work!
How to book a class.
Go to the BOOK NOW page and choose the class you want.
You will book a four week block. If the course is already underway and you wish to join please contact me and I will give you a discount code to book the remainder.
There are limited spaces and these will automatically be filled after booking.
Spaces are limited due to COVID-19 regulations.
All classes are run under covid-19 guidelines as set down by CIMPSA and you should currently expect the following:
All sessions are outside.
There is a maximum of 6 people per session.
You will have your own exercise area ( marked by a different coloured rectangle ), you should stay within this with your belongings throughout the session.
You need to provide your own mat and waterbottle (as always).
For the most part sessions will be bodyweight exercise only – where equipment is used it will not be shared. It will be cleansed before and after sessions.
You should avoid each other before and after class keeping to the governments recommended distances between each other.
Sessions will last around 45mins to give one class time to go before the next one comes in. Also me time to clean equipment where necessary.
If you are showing any symptoms please keep yourself away from the session for the recommended time – currently 2 weeks.
New Box-Fitness Sessions starting again soon in Darley Primary School.
Tiki Irving will be starting these great non-contact fitness for boxing sessons on Tuesday evenings.
Sessions are for everyone 8yrs and older. (8-11yr olds must be accompanied by an adult).
Normal Prices will be on a PAYG basis until September and will be £5 18s and over and £3 17 and under.

COVID 19 UPDATE
With the governments easing of restrictions for the fitness industry we have put into place training following guidelines by CIMSPA and risk assessments carried out by Ian. We have restarted both Personal Training and Group Training Sessions back up as well as continuing with online video sessions for your own time and small group online live sessions.

If you are suffering from any COVID19 symptoms you are asked not to attend any live sessons.
Please bring your own mats / towels / water bottles.
Please come and go respecting everybodies designated training areas and social distancing.
