We offer individual and small group personal training sessions. 

All personal training is individually tailored to your needs and goals.

Prices start at £35 per hour (£40 per hour weekends)

I have use of a gym (included) in Harrogate or can train at yours or a local park.

The basics include a Free initial meeting.

Individual Training Programmes start at £5.00.

Travel may incur a small charge

10% discount on block bookings of 6 or more (not applicable with special offers)!

Group Exercise Sessions

The group should all be training for a similar outcome £40 per session divided by up to 5 people.

I can also supply a weekly training schedule for each person or individuals.



Corrective Exercise Sessions

If you have an injury or movement problem - we will find a way to help you. £50 assessment and £35 per session (£45 at weekends) pay up front for 6 and get a 10% discount!

12 Week Nutrition and Lifestyle Course 

Its recognised that it takes us around 12 weeks for a new habit to form. We will work through a 12 week programme to address nutrition, diet planning, exercise, basic mental health and sleep. Implementing ways to create simple and lasting changes to your life.

£40 per session (£45 weekends) pay up front for a 10 sessions and get the last 2 FREE!


With the governments easing of restrictions for the fitness industry we have put into place training following guidelines by CIMSPA and risk assessments carried out by Ian.  We have restarted both Personal Training and Group Training Sessions back up as well as continuing with online video sessions for your own time and small group online live sessions.

  • Please bring your own mats / towels / water bottles.

  • Please come and go respecting everybodies designated training areas and social distancing.
