We offer individual and small group personal training sessions.
All personal training is individually tailored to your needs and goals.
Prices start at £30per hour (£35 per after 1800hrs and before 0830hrs)
I have use of a gym (included) in Harrogate or can train at yours (£5 extra for travel and fuel within 12miles of Bilton Harrogate).
The basics include a Free initial meeting.
Sessions taken weekly or more often include a FREE training programme. Otherwise Training Programmes are £7.00.
FREE dietary advice for all clients. I am not a Nutritionist or Dietician and do not provide meal plans. I do give you access to our members section with lots of dietary advice and recipe ideas.

COVID 19 UPDATE
With the governments easing of restrictions for the fitness industry we have put into place training following guidelines by CIMSPA and risk assessments carried out by Ian. We have restarted both Personal Training and Group Training Sessions back up as well as continuing with online video sessions for your own time and small group online live sessions.

If you are suffering from any COVID19 symptoms you are asked not to attend any live sessons.
Please bring your own mats / towels / water bottles.
Please come and go respecting everybodies designated training areas and social distancing.
