Every Sunday night you will be sent 5 videos for the following week. These will be aimed at all levels giving different options for different abilities, suitable for ages 4 to 80. All exercises will be body weight so the only equipment you need will be you, a timer (download a Tabata timer on your phone), a water bottle (and optionally a mat).
