Level 1

In this beginners course we will take you through some basic breathing drills and exericses to strengthen and move your spine developing your mobility and stability, improve your confidence and build your core function.

Level 2

In this next level we will develop and expand on the drills we worked on in Level 1 to further improve your core function, build greater strength and mobility and give you greater confidence to lift, move, throw, climb freely.

Moving On

At the end of both courses you will be left with a workout programme to keep your back health on track.
