Good Stability, Flexibility and Strength all combine to help us move better.
This afternoon I spent my training session working on these three elements. They form a huge part of my shoulder rehab journey. I know too, that from many of years of poor movement in my right shoulder I have created compensations elsewhere in my body too, so I try not to think just purely in terms of my shoulder being all I need to work on. Instead I look at the whole body as a chain of muscles and connective tissue that all needs to move well and co-ordinate.
