Harrogate ABC kids sessions

Kids sessions at Harrogate ABC on Fridays at 1700hrs are going really well.

I have been doing the kids sessions at the boxing club for many years now and its great to see some of the youngsters who started out 8 or 9 years ago at these sessions still training and working hard at the gym!

Aimed at children 5 - 12 years old.
